Ok I was married once before, about 8 years ago, and I am about to marry again. Should I use my last name I have now, which is my married name from my first marriage, or do I use my maiden name on the invitations?

Use the name you have now, if you use your maiden name, it will probably draw more attention to it.
Use the name you have now. It is your legal name.
Whichever last name is your CURRENT name. You are getting married, and on the certificate it needs to be YOU, if your old last name isn’t your CURRENT name than it is NOT you getting married. =)
You wouldn’t want to go through the trouble of getting a new Marriage Certificate because you put the wrong last name.
If this is EMOTIONAL, because you don’t want to have your ex-husbands last name go get our name LEGALLY changed before the wedding!! =)
Have a wonderful wedding!!!
Use the name you have now. That is how people know you at this time.
Use the name you use.
Whichever name you currently go by.
